Hostinger's £1.49 a month asks you to pay for 48 months up front. Skip the four-year commitment and the price changes.
It only covers the first term
IONOS charges £1 a month for twelve months. The thirteenth invoice arrives at £9, for the same website on the same plan.

Our own terms cut both ways: we can change published prices, but section 4.2 commits us to at least 30 days' notice of any rise, and it can only apply from your next renewal.
