Questions agencies actually ask.

Will you ever contact or poach my clients?
No. On the reseller and support models we stay white-label and behind your brand — your clients are yours. We only deal with end customers directly on the referral model, which is the whole point of that one.
How is this different from your reseller hosting?
Reseller hosting is a product: you buy a plan and resell hosting accounts under your brand. This page is about the relationship — referrals where we host directly, plus white-label support where we do the technical work and tickets even on sites we don't host. Many agencies combine reseller hosting with our support desk.
Are client sites on dedicated servers?
Each site runs in its own isolated, containerised environment with its own resource boundary — so sites don't interfere with each other. If a client genuinely needs a dedicated VPS, we offer that separately; we won't pretend shared infrastructure is something it isn't.
Do I have to move all my clients at once?
Not at all. Start with one problem site or one model and grow from there. You can mix models across your client base — refer some, resell others, hand us tickets for the rest.
Where are your servers, and who provides support?
We host in London (UK & Europe) and Dallas (the Americas), chosen per site. Support is a UK-based human team, available 24/7 by chat, ticket or phone.
