Keep your account details up to date to ensure you receive important notifications and invoices.

Updating Contact Information

  1. Log into your client area
  2. Click on your name in the top right corner
  3. Select Account Details or Edit Account Details
  4. Update your information:
    • Name and company details
    • Email address
    • Phone number
    • Billing address
  5. Click Save Changes

Changing Your Password

  1. Go to Account Details
  2. Find the Security Settings section
  3. Click Change Password
  4. Enter your current password and new password
  5. Save your changes

Email Preferences

You can manage email notification preferences in the Email Preferences section to control which emails you receive from us.
