Cancellation Process

  1. Log into your client area
  2. Go to Services → My Services
  3. Click on the service you wish to cancel
  4. Click Request Cancellation on the left sidebar
  5. Select your cancellation type:
    • Immediate: Service terminates immediately (no refund for remaining time)
    • End of Billing Period: Service remains active until the current billing period ends
  6. Provide a reason for cancellation (optional but helpful)
  7. Submit your cancellation request

Important Notes

  • Cancellations are processed within 24 hours
  • Make sure to backup your data before cancellation
  • Check our money-back guarantee policy if applicable
  • You'll receive a confirmation email once processed
