Cancellation Process
- Log into your client area
- Go to Services → My Services
- Click on the service you wish to cancel
- Click Request Cancellation on the left sidebar
- Select your cancellation type:
- Immediate: Service terminates immediately (no refund for remaining time)
- End of Billing Period: Service remains active until the current billing period ends
- Provide a reason for cancellation (optional but helpful)
- Submit your cancellation request
Important Notes
- Cancellations are processed within 24 hours
- Make sure to backup your data before cancellation
- Check our money-back guarantee policy if applicable
- You'll receive a confirmation email once processed
