Updating Your Payment Method

Quick Steps

  1. Log into the client area
  2. Click Billing > Payment Methods
  3. Click + Add Payment Method
  4. Enter your card details or connect PayPal
  5. Check Set as default if you want this used for renewals
  6. Click Save

Credit/Debit Card Information Needed

  • Cardholder name
  • Card number
  • Expiration date (MM/YY)
  • CVV security code
  • Billing address

Setting as Default

Your default payment method is used for automatic renewals. To change which method is default, click Set as Default next to the payment method you prefer.

Removing Old Payment Methods

Click the Delete icon next to any payment method you want to remove. You must have at least one payment method if you have active services with auto-renewal enabled.

Troubleshooting

  • Card declined: Verify all details are correct and contact your bank
  • Can't save: Ensure billing address matches your card's registered address
  • PayPal issues: Check popup blockers and ensure PayPal account is active
