Accessing Webmail

Webmail allows you to check email through a web browser without configuring an email client.

Access Methods

Method 1: Direct URL

Visit one of these URLs:

  • https://yourdomain.com/webmail
  • https://webmail.yourdomain.com
  • https://yourserver.com:2096

Method 2: From cPanel

  1. Log into cPanel
  2. Go to Email > Email Accounts
  3. Click Check Email next to any account

Webmail Login

  1. Enter full email address (you@yourdomain.com)
  2. Enter email password
  3. Click Log in

Choose Webmail Client

Three options available:

  • Roundcube - Modern interface, recommended for most users
  • Horde - Feature-rich with calendar and contacts
  • SquirrelMail - Lightweight and fast

Basic Webmail Features

  • Send and receive emails
  • Create folders
  • Add attachments
  • Search emails
  • Set up signatures
  • Manage contacts
