We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms on our website. Your continued use of our services after such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

Webfort provides web hosting services including but not limited to:

  • Shared hosting solutions
  • Virtual Private Server (VPS) hosting
  • Dedicated server hosting
  • Domain registration and management
  • Email hosting services
  • SSL certificates
  • Website backup and security services

2.1 Service Level Agreement

We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime for all hosting services. However, scheduled maintenance, emergency maintenance, or circumstances beyond our control may result in service interruptions.

3. Account Registration

To use our services, you must create an account by providing accurate and complete information. You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
  • All activities that occur under your account
  • Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use
  • Ensuring your contact information remains current

3.1 Account Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.

4. Payment Terms

All fees are stated in GBP (£) unless otherwise specified. Payment terms include:

  • Billing Cycles: Monthly, quarterly, annually, or biennially depending on your chosen plan
  • Payment Methods: Credit card, debit card, PayPal, and bank transfer
  • Automatic Renewal: Services automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date
  • Late Payments: Accounts with overdue payments may be suspended or terminated

4.1 Refund Policy

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for new shared hosting accounts. VPS, dedicated servers, domain registrations, and add-on services are non-refundable. Refunds are processed within 7-10 business days.

4.2 Price Changes

We reserve the right to change our pricing at any time. Price changes will not affect existing customers until their next renewal period. We will provide at least 30 days' notice of any price increases.

5. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use our services for any unlawful or prohibited activities, including but not limited to:

  • Hosting illegal content or engaging in illegal activities
  • Distributing malware, viruses, or other harmful code
  • Sending spam or unsolicited bulk emails
  • Hosting phishing sites or engaging in fraudulent activities
  • Infringing on intellectual property rights
  • Running IRC bots, file sharing services, or proxy servers (unless explicitly permitted)
  • Mining cryptocurrency without prior written authorization
  • Using excessive server resources that negatively impact other users

⚡ Resource Usage

Shared hosting accounts are subject to fair usage limits. Accounts consistently exceeding resource allocations may be asked to upgrade to a higher-tier plan.

5.1 Content Responsibility

You are solely responsible for all content hosted on your account. We do not monitor customer content but reserve the right to remove content that violates these Terms or applicable laws.

6. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time:

  • By You: Cancel your services through your account dashboard or by contacting support
  • By Us: We may suspend or terminate your account for violations of these Terms, non-payment, or illegal activities

6.1 Effect of Termination

Upon termination, your access to services will cease. You are responsible for backing up your data before cancellation. We are not responsible for data loss following account termination. No refunds will be issued for partial billing periods.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Webfort shall not be liable for:

  • Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
  • Loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities
  • Service interruptions or data loss
  • Third-party actions or content

Our total liability for any claims arising from these Terms or our services shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

7.1 Backups

While we perform regular backups, you are responsible for maintaining your own backups. We do not guarantee the availability or restoration of backups and are not liable for any data loss.

7.2 Third-Party Services

Our services may integrate with third-party services. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or reliability of any third-party services.
